Polypin, Rich’s Cider. Hazy orange in appearance. Aromas are earthy apple with oak barrel and barnyard notes. Trace floral lavender with lemon and vinegar. Aroma was a ittle funky barnyard...some gueuze’ishness ...with some stale cheeseiness.. zipy apple and musty earth . Very plesant Cider. Its dry which I like , but mellow in that regard. Plesant apple acidity.

Now this is a real farmhouse aroma - properly sour. Eggy and bacony in the taste! However, no greasiness in the palate - this is crisp. Real cider rocks!
HBF2009. Hazy orange colour, no head. Aroma is vanilla, wood, barnyard, slight baconlike notes as well. Flavour is extremely dry apples, some yeast and mild briecheese. pleasantly balanced cider.
