Another caramelized beer that has the soda pop fizz and one hell-of-a bad aftertase. It just lingers on the roof of your mouth. If you order a pitcher of this beer, be prepared for a wicked hang-over!

I enjoyed this beer quite a bit, but i was quite hammered when i drank it.

this is one of the most over-rated beers Ive ever had. I dont know why some people love it so much. its pretty much molson canadian with a little sugar and red food colouring.

BEERICUS - The Beer Prophet99 (11) - CANADA - OCT 14, 2002
This is an excellent beer. It has a smooth, creamy, full bodied taste. The after taste is absolutly beautiful, with a hint of bitterness and and it has a great texture.

beerdoc99 (5) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 14, 2002 does not count
This beer is fullbodied, has a beutiful taste going down and the best aftertaste. Although it is a stronger beer it does not have the bitterness of one. The colour is amazing. Just looking at it makes you thirsty for a nice tall one.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2003 This beer goes down as smooth as anything i've tried! It has a lovely colour and texture that is not too thick. I could drink it all night!

The best of Rickards which makes it one of the very best of Molsons. Still only a slightly better than average beer. Red yes. Head yes. Light aroma good malt. Light hops.

chunknuts (51) - Watertown, New York, USA - OCT 9, 2002

beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - OCT 1, 2002
Spent an extremely pleasant afternoon in a Pub in Victoria BC drinking this beer, so my rating may be a little biased.Medium red color. Roasted malts, slightly hoppy, very flavorful ale. Refreshing and slightly hoppy. Good malt/hop balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2003 Not really my style of beer. But its still really good for a Molson product !
