Bottle #6835, 2012 vintage(??). Deep reddish. Smooth malty, autumnal bit old leafy piney resinous, slight almondy, roasted almondy, nose. Med full bdlied, some metallic notes. Smooth, malty, cant find much booze anywhere. Clean well made, aged-feeling when there seems to be a lot of flavours, but all very distant. Ok drink, the enjoyment to abv- ratio isnt that good though.The_Osprey (7998) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 5, 2017

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Kris Wines. Pours clear copper-ruby with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma has some dried berries, leather, crusty bread, faint pine. Medium sweet flavour with some creamy toffee, ripening berries, more bready malts. Medium to full bodied, creamy, with fine carbonation. Sweet, sticky and lightly warming on the finish, with more gooey toffee, ripe berries, bready male. Drinks pretty good for the ABV. Borup (14548) - Albertslund, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2016
Sample from at bottle at DØE 2016. Clear dark amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, mhops, dried fruit, caramel and a dry bittter finish. JorgeLee (2117) - Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 24, 2016
Bottle, Beers of Europe. Deep clear reddish brown colour, thick white foam. Quite sweet malts, caramel, Biscoff, then lots of sticky resiny fruity hops. Bitter finish, cuts through the sweetness. In the hop profile and bitterness it is definitely better described as an Imperial Red than a barley wine. It is a bit boozy but with that citric bitterness I didn’t find it cloying; not really one to smash anyway. joe19612 (2929) - camberley, Surrey, ENGLAND - JUL 10, 2016
