COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Falling from the sky like bombs of flavour come the Reindeer Droppings! Each one is sweet like California raisins, but bitter and pungent like a freshly peeled grapefruit, lip-smackingly tasty... then "pow!" it’s gone. How did that happen?

50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Am amber pour with a slight haze and a fast fading white head; some sweet plump raisins in the aroma but also a dry earthiness; sweet and fruity taste with some pleasant caramel and a touch of citrus; and a lingering dry caramel finish.

Lidt tør i det, nøddesmag i eftersmag. Den har en fin humlet eftersmag som passer godt til sødmen

Slightly hazy gold to amber pour with a 2 finger, creamy to soapy white head. Aroma is cereal, grass, English yeast fruity esters, a little toffee and light citrus flesh. Flavor is dusty oxidized malt, cereal, toffee and apple skins up front, then grass, grapefruit and light medicinal notes to the finish. Light body, fairly dry and a little chalky throughout with a medium, sharp, blanketing carbonation and a surprising hop acid bite on the back end. Pretty good overall, it has some fairly obvious flaws, but nothing too in your face and enough going for it to deserve a decent score.

Bottle shared by plovmand, thanks. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Hops, malt, fruit. Bitter end. Drinkable.

Bottle. Color is more gold than amber. Does have a very light amber tinge. Really nice head. Aroma is fruity straw. Taste is sweet upfront with a hoppy bite finish. Not bad.

Draft. Poured a light, amber color with a very small white head. Aroma was notes of sweet alcohol. Bland, sweet alcohol. Boring, some astringent notes. Tragic.

Look: pours a light Amber. Bright white head. Very clear. Smell: Apple cider. Vinegar. Light fruits. White grapes. Taste: fruity. Minimal citrus but it is there. White wine. Bitter Feel: dry. Leaves a thin film on the mouth. Medium carbonation. Overall: ok beer. Like it better than the other xmas beers from them. Just not my style of beer. But still good. First drank: home 11/30/14
