COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yeeow! Especially for the holidays, a brown ale with real attitude! The malts used to make Warm Welcome are roasted to give a hearty amber-brown color and a warm, rounded nutty taste. This fine ale is dedicated to all you curious brew-lovers out there who ever had serious questions about Santas supposed arrival by way of the chimney. (How does he do that, anyway?)

Bottle from Booths, Ripon. Amber coloured with a thin white head. It has a sweet dried fruit and burnt toffee flavour followed by almond and vanilla on the sweet, warming finish. Not bad.

Copper color. Thin , off-white head . Caramel malt and nuts in aroma. Not too much is going on in sweet, malty taste . Light body, kind of watery ... Expected more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

1 pint 9 ounce bottle. Not much of an aroma. Deep copper in copper. On the the side not full bodied but good. Taste like candy sugar in the batch Slight nut taste. Smooth on palate and a very drinkable beer. A little vanilla in in this too!

Chestnut colored from the tap. Sweet aroma and flavor of caramel and slightly artificial tasting and smelling nuts. May be the first Ridgeway that wasnt from a bottle, and it was missing the dull dusty character of their other beers...which was nice...but it was watery, very boring and overly sweet.
