"Dolden Sud" is the newest specialty beer from Riedenburger Brauhaus. Selected aroma hops give the beer a fruity and sweet aroma. The body of the fine Riedenburger’s summer barley malt, the bitter hop taste, and the exceptional spicy yeastyness form an luscious alliance of taste.

Decent but not remarkable ipa. Easy bitterness and fruity taste, but not as complex as many great ipas .

Kicsi, tartós, hófehér hab, narancsba hajló szín. Enyhe, citromos, citrusos, ananászos illat. Enyhén édeskés, citrusos, déligyümölcsös, barackos ízvilág. Közepesen testes, erosen szénsavas, közepesen keseru. Nagyon finom, fajsúlyosan gyümölcsös, jól eltalált sör.

Bottle from fritz braugasthaus, Stralsund. Pours a golden colour beer with a medium head. Fruity and hoppy with yeast and spices. Low carbonation that lowers the grade. Dry finish.

Sweet and fruity aroma. It has light colour. It tastes not very bitter. Overall it’s quite nice.

Keg at Hopfenreich. Cloudy light amber. N - resin, tropical fruit. T - big tropical notes, juicy, opens up a lot from the nose, candied orange.

Bottle, Drinks of the World Cornavin. Light golden colour, white foam. Light body for an IPA, sweetish malt, floral and citric hop. Slight hint of cardboard in finish. Claims 55 IBU but lacked firmness and bitterness for me. All just needed a bit of ooomph really, not much setting this apart from a 4% golden ale.

nice yellow (amber) IPA. the smell is sweet and reminds me on banana and vanilla. taste is not so bitter as expected also sweeter than most of other IPAs. quite nice

bottle, stein. Complex bouquet of mango, passion fruit, pear and banana, rich flavour, bitter and refreshing. lively carbonated. long lasting taste evolving towards bitterness. Loses taste quickly while warming, serve and drink ice cold. Golden and heavy appearance. Organic production. One of my favourite IPAs, especially in Germany. Available at organic food stores and online. Not all production batches hold the same standard (especially carbon wise), some are lighter than others.

Grumbo (2947) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - MAR 20, 2017
Bottle at The Tube, Luxembourg City. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of moderate hop, subtle fruit including passion fruit, mango and grapefruit, caramel and light floral notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Finish is sweet. Falls a little short of modern IPA expectations.
