100ml taster, draught as Monks Cafe Bavarian Pils at Monks Porter House. Clear, yellow-straw body. Tiny lacing-head. Smell of nobel hops and pale malts. Drying hops in flavour married with gentle malts. Oily and dry palate. Clean on the swallow. Good (Gamla Stan, Stockholm 13.09.2010).

Its a little hazy, golden and has a white head. The aroma has notes of flower, malt and fruit/citrus. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of flower, malt, citrus/fruit - very well balanced, refreshing and crisp - very nice!
