KyotoLefty (10254) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUN 5, 2017
Tap at the Tokyo BeerFes. Bright pale gold. Slightly hoppy nose, crackers, cardboard as a result of oxidation. Flavor is light and slightly hoppy. Could be decent if it was super fresh but this is oxidized and just meh.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 6, 2012
It’s a little hazy, golden and has a white head. The aroma has notes of flower, malt and fruit/citrus. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of flower, malt, citrus/fruit - very well balanced, refreshing and crisp - very nice!

MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 11, 2010
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and huge but also loose foamy head. Hop-accented aroma with citrus-fruity and flowery notes and a mildly pale malty background. Quite bitter flavour with a dry mouthfeel, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Soft pale malt character with a fruity and floral hoppy bite; dry and hop bitter finish with fruity and slightly resiny notes and traces of sweet malt in the aftertaste. Very good German Pilsener. 11.X.10

Skinnyviking (9569) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 19, 2014
Bottle at Berlin Bar. High fluffy white lasting head. Clear yellow golden body. Powerful malt hops aroma and flavor wigth a low carbonation and a long bitter finish.

3.6
Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - MAY 29, 2011
bottle from Biershop-bayern.de. Clear pale yellow colour, large white head. Lovely fresh hoppy aroma. Light and elegant malt falvours with lots of herbal-grassy hops with a touch of citrus. Quite hoppy, not one of those mild examples of the style. Very nice!

gyllenbock (9154) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 26, 2014
Bottle from Systembolaget. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of grain, grass, bread and light fruit. The finish was dry and fairly bitter. A drinkable one but I was slightly disrupted by the metallic notes in the finish.

An ok pilsner. Yellow and faint hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is light malty, light bread, moderate hoppy. Moderate sweet flavor, moderate bitter finish . Dry texture.

3.2
Svesse (8595) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 16, 2007
(Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Golden yellow colour with huge white head. Malty, grassy nose with toffee notes. Malty, grassy taste with notes of citrus and pineapple. Initial malt sweetness leading to a drier, nice grassy bitterness in the finish. Hops leaning slightly in the Czech direction. Classic pils, solid but unadventurous.

Cunningham (7946) - Halden, NORWAY - OCT 12, 2014
Clear golden color with a fine white head. Malty and a fine mild herbal hoppy aroma. Quite fresh and a fine carbonation. Mellow sweet malty and a nice bitterness. Nice pils.
[Bottle from Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden]
