Clear pale golden color, smallish white head. Dry malty scent, a bit to the acidic side. Herbal hoppy taste. Medium to spritzy mouthfeel, medium high herbal bitterness. Scent is also faint sweet, herbal hoppy and a touch of butterscotch.

Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, dry grass, straw, malty, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110107]

Bottle. Clear pale yellow beer with a large white head. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, citrus, herbs, grass and bread. Flavor is spicy with notes of caramel, citrus, herbs, hay, grass and floral hops. Very typical for this style.

Very nice pilsner that went down well with some Swedish christmas food. Malty with more substance than usual pilsners. Lovely sweet malts reminds me of the Christoffel bier.
