COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

"The banana is strong with this one!" Quite nice, fruity aroma. Lots of banana, caramel and hints of tropical fruits. A bit pale compared to other Hefeweizens, but still nice. Great palate! Sweetish, extremely quaffable und refreshing, but still very satisfying, with a wonderful creamy texture. I really like this one. Well-rounded finish that leaves you longing for more. A quaffable, fruity Hefeweizen with a superb texture. The fantastic mouth feel makes up for the rather mild taste. Perfect on a hot day.

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy bright yellow with big white head. Coriander, clove, a bit banana, acidic. Almost no bitterness, slightly sour. Soft carbonated, medium bodied. Refreshing and palatable. Flavorful Weizen which reminds on a Witbier in some way.

18-07-17 // 500ml bottle. Cloudy orange hefeweizen, solid white head. Typical banana fruitiness, mild carbonation a bit flat.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Beer has a new name: Riegele Hefe Weisse.

Unusual (for a weizen) hazy yellow color, with a nice medium white head. Aroma is wheaty, banana esters. Taste too. Ok beer, but not the best weizen.

Very soft foam and short lasting foam. Average carbonation. Color is very peaky, not typical for hefeweizen. The smell of lemons, banana, grasses also isn’t so yeasty and malty. A taste - fruits, a little bit yeast, clove. The palate is softy, sparkling and nice, I think. So, interesting taste and palate, good beer.

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy orange beer with good creamy head. Nose is on wheat and cereals. Aroma is on pineapple, watery body, light acid notes, apple notes, less creamy, very basic.

As "Hefe Weisse" from Riegele. Abv coincides so I am confident it is the right one. Aroma is lots of banana, clove and yeasty soap. Taste is full and somewhat sweet with some yeasty sourness and sadly a little soap again. Full body. More soap in the finish. Overall ok.

Tap at GJBF Osaka 2016. Rich banana and clove nose, biscuits, some lemon. Pale yellow, cloudy. Light, crisp flavor, lemon, banana and clove. Decent.

Weisse ist Weisse. A bit watery but for the rest very much what one would expect, and that is good (or not)

Draft @ Monk’s Cafe, Stockholm. Pours hazy yellow, moderate white head. Very light watery weisse flavours. Part of a flight of 5 and kinda got the impression this was mandatory to get rid of it.
