Not too impressed in this world of Bavaric Helles.. It’s somewhere in the middle of the genre of this type of beer. Pale og smells quite good, but the carbonation is on the low side and the taste really indifferent and mediocre. Good enough to drink, but hardly worth buying unless it’s ass-cheap

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch würzig malzig, herb. Geschmack fruchtig herb, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Bottle looks simple, premium-like, but okay. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts mild, dry, a bit metallically. Finish more malty-spicy, more balanced. Quite drinkable. Okay.

Bottle. Light golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty – grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, faint grassy hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel, faint hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel - faint bread, light metal and light hoppyness, faint alcohol. Bit thin helles with notes of metal in the finish.

Grasig-zitroniger Geruch. Start süßlich-grasig, zitronig. Mitte aromatisch, zitrusartige Noten, leicht bitter.

Trinkbar, nett, klassisch.

McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - OCT 18, 2013
Pours out in a clear yellow-golden colour with low steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and grass. Taste of ripe hops, light malt, straw, grains and light caramel. Quite dry-bitter finish. Easy and nice to drink, yet refreshing and quaffable at the same time. Thanks to Pivnizub for this bottle!

2.6
Mariusz (12111) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - MAY 19, 2013
Pours clear golden with a white head. Grain, grass and bread. Medium bodied. Doughy. Dry and bitter end.

kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - JUN 6, 2012
The head is ok, the body light. It tastes mild, sour, a bit hoppy-grassy. The aftertaste is bitter. Medium 8/8/9/7/12/8
