COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma is moderate earthy yeast and hops with doughy biscuit Pils malt, meal and cereal notes with a soft floral character. Flavor is fairly earthy and aged doughy biscuit malt, lightly toasted with cereal malt notes, light earthy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Interesting kellerbier, very malty yet fruity and fresh. Rightly carbonated and a rather unique aftertaste. Good beer

Sampled from bottle at ’Café Brecht’. Slightly hazy, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, malty aroma of caramel, honey and some nuts. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, honey and some nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Direi una bella kellerbier, fresca al naso, con bel colore tendente all’arancio, e in bocca una discreta personalità...
