Golden. Aroma is starch some belgian yeast (dubbel) some green grass juices lots of malt. Taste is crispy and slight oily wheat with more starch. A bit alcoholic. Medium body. Exactly the thing i dislike about many dubbels.

Bottle as Speziator Hell at 8.5% ABV. Pours clear effervescent gold with creamy white head. Perfect retention & lacing. Aroma: lots of honey, meadow, clean pale malts, candy. Full-bodied. Soft carbonation. Medium sweet taste. Clean pale malts, honey, Sherry, meadow grasses. Light balancing to medium bitterness. it is not obligatory my kind of doppelbock yet it is excellently made.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a clear, dark golden color and a small white head. Nose is sweet: caramel, lots of honey, cereals, yeast. Taste is as sweet as the nose, with a bouncing push of alcohol. Sweet & strong. Slightly bittersweet finish with some dried fruits.

Bottle 33cl shared by Calisky. A golden beer with good head. Nose is on grain and caramel, touch of hay. Aroma very sweet on caramel, barley sugar, grassy bitterness, dry grapes, toasted grain finish.
