COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unusually full flavored and aromatice for a sidra twice fermented to dryness. Spiritous with pear and banana notes. French apples in the blend contribute a hint of bitterness not common to Asturian sidras.

BOTTLE 75 CL. Clear bright yellow, big sparking head. The aroma has a hint of fresh apple, really tart funky, apple skins, some leather. The taste is really dry and carbonated, hints of fresh apples, dry finish. Not very complex, but dry and quite good.

Draft I think at ANXO. Crystal clear pale yellow color, looks still. Aroma of spiced herbal tangy apple skins and wood. Taste is tart skins, carbonated mouthfeel. Interesting.

From bottle at the International Cider Festival, Rotterdam. Clear golden with no head. Aroma of tart green apples, light floral notes, tannins and a light funk. Flavour is light sweet and light to light moderate sour. Above light bodied with sparkling carbonation.

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Very balanced. Semi sweet semi dry and tart. Full apple character, complex and very interesting to drink. Subtle yet rich.

Fancy champagne style bottle. Asturian cidre wiht franch apples. It still retains the dusty character, but I think it might have champagne yeast, a very zippy and effervescent cidre.

Bottle. Pours with a clear yellow hued body with quite a bit of fizz, although the head fades quickly. Aromas are of Spanish cider funk, leather, barnyard, goat, some candied pear, photocopy paper, moderate esters, earthy, woody, grassy apple. Flavors are highly carbonic, smokey, meaty, funk, leathery apples, moderate alcohol. Moderate sour. Carbonation is insanely high 5 vols, almost painfully heavy (almost). Grassy, mild isoamyl acetate. Very dry, hugely carbonated compared to most spanish ciders that I have had.
