3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2013 On tap at Petes Place. Fruitiness and honey on the first smell. Same in the sip. Oranges and honey. I really like the honey flavors throughout. I wish it had a little more to it. Its slightly bland. Overall its not too bad.
Blue Magic Lavender Wheat Ale is a uniquely different & refreshing brew. Did we mention it’s magical too? It’s brewed with local honey from Honey Pot Priory & fresh local lavender from Light Of Day Organics. This is a straight forward wheat with dried lavender. This brew has a floral nose and a wheat finish.

Very light American wheat beer. You can taste the lavender. I like wheat beers and this one is good. mckieran (12) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - NOV 18, 2015

tap at the brewery - Pours light yellow with a small white head. It’s sweet, light, and refreshing. For quite awhile I don’t taste or smell lavender but as it warms it comes through first in the aroma and then a little bit in the taste. Decent brew. gregwilsonstl (2504) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUN 20, 2015
Smells like laundry. Toasty. Tastes like candles. Creamy. Clear. Tasted at Right Brain ChiGuy68 (599) - Illinois, USA - FEB 18, 2015
Tasted from a bomber. It poured an attractively hazy golden hue with a frothy white head that left minimal streaky lacing. Surprisingly very little aroma, with no hints of lavender. The taste however was like a potpourri punch to the taste buds. Not my cup of tea, but an interesting experimental brew.

Bomber for $6.99. I drank this last night, and I’m still annoyed. $6.99? For this? I should have just stuck with Blue Moon as they are really no different. mikem409 (2026) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - NOV 24, 2014
