Named for a Trappist monk who furthered brewing science. Indian coriander and orange peel make this smooth fruity beer worthy of further study.

Thanks to Hoppymeal for the growler. Aroma is strong on the coriander. Flavors are more coriander with some grain and a little citrus pulp bitterness. A more memorable tripel than most.

Growler thanks to Godofthunder! Spicy citrus nose, corriander and citrus, Pours godlen blonde with a thin white head. Big corriander flavor and a lot of citrus, this is a tripel with depth and complexity, a lot of tripels are pretty much sugar water, this is very nice!

On tap at the brewery. Clear dark straw color with small white head. Aroma is sweet and spicey with definite coriander and some alc. Flavor is sweet and alcy but a little too much spice, a lot of bubblefum, dry. Medium to light body with light carbonation. An extreme of an extreme style, not my cup of tea.
