Cask sample at Churchkey. The beer is a clear yellow with a white head of foam. Funky and juicy. A little tropical. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Ginger man. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Soft musk, a touch of fruit. Medium bodied, musk, light acid, funky, soft plastic notes. Tangy into the finish, soft musk. Acetone lingers.

On tap at Brasserie Beck, Washington DC on 08-Mar-2017. Hazy pale yellow colour with a medium sized white head. Taste of light citrus fruits. Light body and carbonation. Taste of sherbet lemon, peach, pear and melon. Slightly tart and fruity finish. Pretty good.

Draft at Roofers Union. Light golden pour, white head. Nice spice, yeast, and a little funk. Citrus / tropical fruits. Gets kinda tart / sour too. Drinks pretty nicely. Good stuff.

Proletariat, NYC tap: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is bretty at first but when you dig deeper there is lemon. Taste is bretty and funky and citrusy. Not getting as much lacto in this as are other people. Pretty good.

Tap at gingerman. Light yellow clear beer. Nose is lovely tropical fruit and lacto. Tastes damn good of peach, lemon, mango, grassy, yogurt, hint of marijuana stems. Fine lightly tart palate with very fruity semi sweet finish.

Tap. Aged 5 months. Pillowy white head, hazy bright lemon gold. Rounded citrus, peach, pear, vanilla, slight hay and lemon sherbet in the aroma. Very balanced and not really sour at this stage, hay, vanilla, mineral, peach and melon notes. Lighter slick and chalky.
