Bottle at SMÖF 2014. Fruity smell with apples, I also got some yeast aromas , spicy yeast aromas. Similar taste. Refreshing.

VDuquerroux (1868) - Airvault, Haut-Poitou, FRANCE - OCT 20, 2014
Bottle, 33cL. @Chez Moe, Chasseneuil-du-Poitou with dad. A clear golden yellow beer with few bubbles. Small white head with a poor retention. Herbal aroma, alcohol, light caramel. Medium warming sweet, light to medium bitter. Medium body and texture. Average carbonation, dry bitter finish with a warming note. Overall, average belgian ale : herbal, light aroma, strong alcohol. Unbalanced.

EddyBeer1 (1086) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 19, 2014
Blonde claire, effervescence moyenne-faible, col blanc fin. Plutôt maltée, légèrement aqueuse, notes d’acétone, fade, légère amertume. Haacht is blurp!

Gorm (1899) - Sandnes, NORWAY - OCT 16, 2014
Klar lys gyllen farve med lyst skum. Lukt av lys malt og gress. Smak av malt og frukter. Fruktig og medium bitter. Import.

nilsas (4547) - Bryne, NORWAY - OCT 16, 2014

LeFaune (40) - ST MANDE, FRANCE - OCT 3, 2014
Discreet alcohol and sugar aroma, quite delicate. Apparence is common, without much bubbles nor foam, golden. Taste a bit salty, very balanced. Very light palate, a bit fizzy, numbing. A strong one, you know it from the start, but a solid one.

Alengrin (5722) - BELGIUM - OCT 2, 2014
"Bière blonde des Flandres" made for the French market and since years brewed by Haacht. Snow white, creamy, medium thick, sticky head, very pale golden blond colour, clear with calm sparkling. Aroma has DMS (cooked vegetable) apart from grass, dough, cloves, minerals, green apple, apple peel and some ’wet dog’. Rounded, soft palate, sweet to the point where it almost becomes sugary, apple, fresh and light, grassy hop bitterishness in the finish with somewhat astringent, gin-like alcohol. Straightforward and clearly Duvel-inspired, but not at all of the same level.

ManVsBeer (10954) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 6, 2014
Can from Carrefour, Nice. Ordinary lager tasting beer, golden with no head. Slightly strong but just about palatable.

gegwilson (3803) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 2, 2014
Bottle from a French supermarket. Pours golden with a white head. The taste is pretty lagery but fuller flavoured. Spice and syrup. OK.
