Pours black colour with brown foam. Caramel, malts and raisins in the aroma. Medium sweetness in the taste with the dry fruits notes balanced with malts and maybe a note of chocolate. Medium to full body, thick feel, soft carbonation and long finish. It really hangs there. Good. Meilby (11495) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 29, 2010

2010 Vintage. Very dark, almost black, red edges. Sweet berry smell. Burnt aroma, raisins, leather, nuts, some general dark fruitts, generally christmas-y in a good way, if one can say that. Hints of medicine and toffee. Sweet, but not too much. Low carbonation, very pleasant mouthfeel, quite thick. Well balanced, nice bitter aftertaste. jikvig (269) - NORWAY - OCT 25, 2010

AR: Vinos, sleeky fudge, grape
AP: Coffey brown, high 4 cm compact brown head
F: Vinos, sleeky fudge, grape, too start with to sprity - lets wait, the last gulp is usually the best with these kind of beers. Some kind of herb flavour occurs in the end The grand finale is not really there. On the label coffey was mentioned - humbug! Granulated formed curtains - haven’t seen that before (that I can remember). Cheers! fonefan (49399) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 5, 2010
