DrnkMcDermott's rating

3
   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 12/20
DrnkMcDermott (3176) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - MAY 25, 2004
Canned, served on SAS flight to Copenhagen. Well, sad to say, the megabrews of other countries are too similar to American megas: the choice in most serving situations is usually pale lager. This is a little closer to a real pilsner. More golden in appearance, well-behaved head. Nice taste of lightly roasted malt, and a respectable, albeit mild, hop bitterness. Leaves a decent malt and hop aftertaste behind. It’s okay. But only okay.

andrepintado (3754) - Porto, PORTUGAL - SEP 18, 2017
50cl can. Light hazy gold color. Thin white head. Taste is medium bitter. Aroma and flavour is hops, flowers, pinneapple, dms. Not bad.

Bottle during a visit to Bodo/Engavagen, Norway. Backlog rating from bottle collection and historic scoring. No tasting notes kept, just rating.

2.3
MRMedellin (345) - Bogota, COLOMBIA - AUG 26, 2017
Clear golden beer, standard carbonation, small white head, at nose yeasty aromas like barnyard and some cereal ones like dough. When it’s tasted it reveals a medium body, with mainly malt flavours and some bitterness at the end but the characteristic pilsner flavour is almost absent. Overall is a simple macrolager.

0,33l can, says 4.6% abv.Pours clear godlen with quickly diminishing white head. Malts and a hop presence. Decentish.

En typisk vannete og bitter pilsner som vi har masse av i Norge. Metallisk smak av vann og hint av malt.Vokser i munnen og er emmen og ekkel selv på tapp.

2.2
GeorgePratt (82) - Stockport, Cheshire, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2017
Wheat, water and metal. Not much else. Good if you want to get drunk cheaply in Norway.

2
adamnowek (3518) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 24, 2016
Hugely forgettable pilsener. Not a huge head. Corny aftertaste. Not worth 75 characters.

DerGantzel (513) - Aarhus, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2016
From tap. Malty aroma. White head and pale appearance. Regular pilsner taste - not much excitement. Average carbonation.

2.2
daigoon (199) - - AUG 25, 2016
On tap/draft. Remarkably clear golden with white head and lacing. Taste is completely inoffensive and subtly present.
