Backlog, 33 cl bottle from local supermarket Golden color, ok foam. Batch variations on aromas; from medium intensity fruitiness to low intensity. Ok balance (at best). Medium body & complexity. Pretty good beer

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2012 From an old notebook. Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Weat and citrus nose. More citrus flavour than a normal german hefe weisse, more like a mix between hefe weisse and a wit. This was my favorite product from Ringnes. And as usual when they make something I fancy...they retire it...

abemorsten (3683) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - AUG 29, 2009
330 ml bottle.Golden clear with dissipating white head. Unpleasant sweet over-ripe plum aroma that tasting confirmed adding a sour touch at the end. Watery texture. Stay clear.

DrBeer (862) - Solna Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2009
Brown-yellow, hazy beer. Aroma of spices, ham and banana. A flavour of pears and banana. Thin with some sweetness and a dry finish.

Ungstrup (38451) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2007
Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and wheat. The flavor is wheaty and malty combined with notes of citrus, and the body is thin.

shoestring (427) - larkhall, SCOTLAND - JUL 23, 2007
Nice large tight head along with cloudy yellow beer makes a nice looking brew. Yeast aroma/taste is opresent, but I agree with people below about the ’thinness’ of the beer. However, most refreshing light wheat beer.

yespr (47581) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2007
From 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a little white head. Light malty and slight bitter, yeasty aroma, no real wheat presence. Wheaty flavour, slight yeasty. Dry and slight buttery finish.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2007
(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, white head. Aroma of yeast and banana. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel. Yeasty and notes of banana with a very soft and smooth finish. 290607

Grovlam (4253) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 2, 2007
Bottle. Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Fair lacing. Light cloudy orange color. Aroma of caramel, citrus, banana, coriander and fruit. Light bodied with a thin texture and an average carbonation. Light sweet and acidic flavor. Wheat like sweet finish.

tarjei (1954) - Bryne, NORWAY - APR 14, 2007
33 cl bottle. Moderate head, cloudy golden color. Ringnes is into something here, but they still have å long way to go. I had Nøgne Øs Wit in the same tasting session- say no more...
