Faint aromas of grains, amber malts and herbs. Brownish copper with a one finger size foam. Subtle bitter hops upfront with a pleasant brown sugar, maple, candied caramel and sweet honey malt base. Overall, pretty basic flavor but smooth and enjoyable.

Gift from the parents so thought I’d better give it a go. Very sweet aroma - floral, berries, caramel. Dark Amber. Thin but bubbly off-white head. Sweet, with a bitter kick. As per the aroma, berries and caramel, with added quinine. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Astringent finish. It’s OK. Drops points for the minging bitter finish.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2017 From Hipercor. In Ikea?s pint glass. Watching Los Soprano 5x10. Reallt nice aroma to caramel and marshmallow. Taste starts the same but an abrupt bitterness interrupts spoiling the experience. Fine still but a pity because the nose promised much more than the mouth gives.

Bottle from Vrutak. Tasting at Brnja’s place. Thanks! Clear amber, lasting small off-white head. Some hops there, mostly grassy, light metallic. Perfumed, light bitter. Light to medium body, high carbonation, light finish. Not good.
