Bottled: Golden coloured. Off white medium head. Sweet and light hoppy aroma with fruitnotes. Flavour is grassy and somewhat artificial. Ends up in a medium bitterness. Is dry. shrubber85 (11574) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - APR 21, 2007
Bottle. Berry/apple malt and light pepper hops aroma. Clear amber color with moderate head and very nice lacing. Smooth apple and raspberry malt flavor with moderate hops finish. Has a nice mouthfeel - llike a handpumped ale that is usually absent from US ales. Good stuff. BVery (11238) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - DEC 2, 2012
Bottle. Slightly hazy orange pour with a smaller white head. Earthy and caramel malt, somewhat dusty. Finishes dry. hopscotch (11182) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUN 11, 2006
Bottle... Clear, light amber ale with orange highlights. Small, creamy, almost white head. Everlasting retention. Delicate aroma of caramel and the buttery esters provided by the ringwood yeast. Perfectly balanced flavor. Sweet, caramel malt and more-than-slightly bitter earthy hops. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and pillow-soft carbonation. Finishes buttery, caramely and faintly dry. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUN 20, 2008
I dont really like this beer. Watery flavor, boring aroma. Almost as if a US macrobrewer got their mitts into this one. Skip it if you can.

Thanks to obeygiant for this one. Pours dark straw/orangish. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, slight honey. Tastes malty, with a nice caramel, honeyish finish, along with some finishing hops. Solid, firm mouthfeel. kp (10881) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

Bottle. Golden amber, small creamy off white head. Toasty malt aroma, yeasty character, light grassy-chlorophyll notes. Flavour has a moderate bitterness to it, and a tangy toasty malt bite. Bit of a yeasty character underneath, light caramel malt and toffee. Lingering bitter finish. Smooth but average palate. Decent but not entirely satisfying. DuffMan (10606) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 19, 2007
Clear amber with an off-white bubbly head. Very nice aroma of bread, toffee, and pear. Sweet toffee flavour with a fruity kiss and a perfectly balanced bitter finish. Excellent! marcus (10575) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUL 18, 2008
This golden ale poured with a bubbly off-white head that dissipated right away. The aroma is sour caramel. The flavor starts off malty sweet, but quickly turns to a bitter finish - a bit thin, but refreshing.
