Thin head, clear golden body. Light grainy, toasted, buttery aroma. Taste is sugary, corn with solid alcohol presence. Some metallic notes. Finish indicates hops may have been used to make this beer. Watery body. Very pale lager-ish. Ernest (7696) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2005
Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is clear medium amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (grain, cookie), lightly hoppy (flowers), with a light note of peach.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter, slightly husky.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Not much to counteract the sweetness, but at least a little cleaner and fuller tasting than the Baro Trad. Not bad. Like a premium lager with some color in its cheeks. sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 25, 2004
(Bottled) Clear amber color with small head. Aromatic-hopped, sweetish aroma with a hint of licorice. Sweet, caramel-malty flavor with some rye pudding. Smooth, quite full-bodied and malty, low-carbonated palate. A very enjoyable brew, must taste again! Oakes (17680) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 23, 2004
Bright copper colour. Sweet, toffeeish, with a sugary aroma. Hard, minerally body with caramelly notes. Sweet, slightly wet finish. omhper (25129) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 21, 2004
Sampled draught in Biržai
Clear reddish amber colour. Fruity, yet clean. Medium bodied with low-medium bitterness. Very drinkable considering it’s size, but I would have liked some more flavour.
