Clear nice amber. Fizzy. Caramelized. Slightly sour. Almost tastes a bit off.

Draft at Nob Hill. Clear amber color medium white head. Caramel aroma, subtle pepper. Taste is very lightly toasted caramel.

Pours clear amber from the bottle. The frothy white head soon fades. Mild caramel, white bread aroma. Taste is sweet, a touch nutty, with a very mild bitterness at the finish. Body light to medium. Okay, but forgettable.

Nothing about this screams common - just a nondeScript step above a macro generic lager. Lightly malty, little hops...meh.

Seems I may like this more than others but to me it had nice flavor and hops and no bitter aftertaste. Consumed directly from the bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a gold-amber with a small white head and lacing. The aroma is faint sweet malt with a flavor that is sweet up front and a sweet, slightly crisp finish over a medium-light body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is not a good lager. There’s way too much kilned and caramel malt in this lager. Almost tastes like a brown ale. Overall, I wish brewers would stop falling in love with crystal malt.

Malty and slightly sour lager, overall body is on the watery side. Dark amber with small foamy head, initial sourness in the aroma can be off-putting. Finish is mix of sour and bitter. This one may be a matter of personal taste.

Bottle:   Amberish, small sudsy white head, little lacing.   Sweaty stale bready aroma.   Touch nutty, touch biscuity.   Really nutty up front, no real sweat to speak of.   Slightly bready as well.   Moderate body and mouthfeel, however leaning thin.   Finishes quick, very soft nutty notes linger.   Pretty boring overall.   Develops a mealy background after the finish that ain’t all that pleasant.   Meh...

12oz bottle, thanks to my parents for picking this up for me during a road trip. Clear amber orange color. Good thin khaki head. Leaves good spread of lace. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Medium body. Easy drinking. Caramel malt, hint of honey, light toast. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Good, kind of sweet amber lager. Surprised at the low rates.
