On tap at the North Park tasting room. It pours a nice clear light golden orange with a white head. The aroma has some nice hop spice, orange and citrus with a little onion. The flavor is nice hoppy citrus, tropical fruit and spice. Another good IPA from these guys. Marheb (5750) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 25, 2015
Draft at Hamilton?s. Pours clear copper with a fizzy white head. Tastes like caramel, grapefruit, lemon, dry citrus hops, cracker malt, and booze. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like caramel, citrus hops, grapefruit, nutty malt. BeerandBlues2 (13307) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 11, 2015
Tap at Hamilton’s. Pours clear orange with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is earthy, herbal, resin, and citrus hops with pear and apple esters, biscuit malt. Flavor is moderate hops and bitterness, light pale malt, apple and pear esters with a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation. hopscotch (11078) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2014
Growler... Lightly hazed amber pour with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. Although faint, the aroma furnishes honey malt, biscuit malt and aromatic hops that resemble a medley of both tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Medium-bodied and slightly creamy with airy. Carbonation. The flavor is balanced very nicely between moderately bitter Nelson-like hops and biscuity, bready malts. Finishes lightly bitter and acrid. Growler courtesy of richiesd!

Draft at the brewery tasting room. Pours golden orange with a white head. Super dank and dirty hops, with pine, grass, and lighter tropical fruity notes, followed by a lingering grassy hoppy finish. Good stuff. thegreat78 (42) - San Marcos, California, USA - MAY 22, 2014
OK IPA...haze but no problem, for small brewery. Grassy pine citrus...typical IPA off 78. Nothing more nothing less. popery (2170) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAY 21, 2014
Pours yellow gold, quite clear. Medium white head, foamy with pretty good lacing and retention. Floral, grapefruit hops, moderately juicy, some berries and pineapple, little to no malt character. Fairly dry, moderate bitterness, grapefruit hop flavor, citrus rind finish, clean aftertaste. Light, fizzy feel, a little bit of hop oil. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - MAY 13, 2014
On tap @ Rip Current. Clear golden pour with a white head. Dank, piney, citrusy hops. Orange, grapefruit, and a bit of tropical fruit. Sweet peach, a touch of bread, and hints of herbs. Fairly dry on the tongue. Very bitter, as well. Lots of grapefruit, orange, and peach fruitiness from the hops. Slight malt flavor and sweetness. Nice IPA but I wanted Lupilin Lust which was out. This is a balanced yet kind of dry IPA for this region (I am used to the juicy fruit IPA’s like Pupil, DMJ, Poormans).
