The aroma is full of yeast, metallic notes, butter, soap and nothing else. The color is just like a pilsner. The taste is full of yeast, metallic notes, butter and soap. Disgusting beer!

Bottle. 4.2%. Best before 23.02.17. Pours a clear, pale golden, with an off-white head. Good lacing. Fruity, grassy hop aroma with a spicy hint and a cereal note in the background. Flavour is grassy hops, with a cereal note, and a hint of malt in the background. Sweetish as it warms. Somewhat grainy finish, bitter, a bit watery and with a lingering metallic note. Light milky note as it warms. Overall boring. And too low in alcohol for that grainy note. 21.09.16.

Clear golden, small white head. Grainy, malty aroma. Watery, malty flavour, some sweetness. Messy and pointless...

Bottle. It’s a deep golden beer with a firm white head. Light diacetyl and malts in the aroma. Light fruity hoppy notes. Some honey and malty notes in the flavor. Earthy hoppy notes. Easy drinkable.

Copenhagen 9/3 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Drawings of golden flowers to illustrate that this is an Golden Ale - pure Gold. Pours golden yellow with small white head. Settles as patches of foam drifting around. Not much aroma. A little sugary sweetness, metal and some acidity. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is sweet and sour at the same time. Honey sweetness followed by tart fruity sourness. Aftertaste is medium bitter and a little sharp. Not fantastic - but it shows some character at the end.

En meget sødlig lugt af honning. Smagen er også det samme som lugten. Der er dog lidt bitterhed i eftersmagen

Bottle. Gushing a lot. Clear yellow, huge white head. Aroma is floral hoppy, male malty, peach, slight acidity. Taste s watery, floral, sweet, again this acidity that is part fruit and part disturbing. Average carbonation and light body. Oh well..

Purchased by my wife while visiting Ærø Island in Denmark. Pours a dark gold, nearly amber. Completely clear--no haze. Very small head, even with a vigorous pour. There’s some initial lacing on the glass but this fades away later in the tasting. Smells a bit skunked. Very earthy with some barnyard notes. The taste is a significant improvement. First it doesn’t taste skunked. Instead I get a rich body with some dry caramel notes. The hop is more muted, thus I categorized as an English Pale Ale, perhaps even a Mild. The carbonation is quite low from the bottle which mimics the mouthfeel I would get from a drawn pint in Britain. Once I got. By the smell I really warmed up to this beer.
