COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Humle tilsat under urtkogningen i to tempi.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown to amber with a fully diminished off-white head. Mild spiced and hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild spiced and caramelish dry base flavour. Towards light breadish yet with a distinct acidic touch too. Ends spiced and light bitter on top of a lasting breadish note.

[Papsoe tasting 31-08-2008, thanks buddy] Small fizzy white head that really disappeared. Spare display of lacework. Somewhat clear dark mahogany color. Aroma of toasted malt, grain, fruit, nutty. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Light malty nutty finish.
