Pours clear gold with a medim white head...great lacing and retention. Aroma has nice spicy grapefruit and pine notes. Flavor has grapefruit, sotnefruits and pine...very nice hop profile. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a fruity/herbal dry finish with good bitterness. This beer is excellent...on tap @ Novare Res.

Hazy golden coloured body with a honey glow and a rich, three centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, very light earthy and floral hops and a touch of a piney bite near the end. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and floral notes with some dry wheatie and ligthtly yeast characterstics coupled with some light pine and resin and a very dry, almost peppery finish with hay and more flowers. Aftertaste shows some grain along with the flowers and dry malt along with the super grassy notes and a faint bit of hops and the bitterness associated with them. Overall, a dry and wheatie flavour with some very herbal flavours and a touch of the grainy and mellow flavours associated with it. Nice to sample and very dry and grassy, but also good to sample in the summertime, even if its a year later and a few states removed! I sampled this twelve ounce stubby bottle purchased from Hannaford in Portland, Maine on 30-July-2016 for US$9,99 for the six pack sampled on 28-May-2017 at home in Pungoteague/Onancock, Virginia (Eastern Shore).

Very bright and hoppy pale ale which accentuate the rye and work well with it giving the beer a nice key balanced hop and spice ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Rising Tide. Clear golden beer with white foam. Hop character is fairly pronounced. A lot of flowers, grass, lemon peel, and pine. Get some grapefruit in there, too. Malt profile is pretty substantial here, which is fine. It’s an easy drinking and pretty well balanced beer. Doesn’t really blow me away or anything, but I can definitely see this being a staple for a lot of folks.

On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Hints of rye and spice add some nuance to an other wise boring pale ale. The base beer is. Land and lifeless. Average body and mouthfeel.

Floral hoppy aroma with a spicy malt backing. Peppery spice. Has a tropical hop in the finish but the peppery spice dominates. Descent beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is lemon and rye. Taste is lemony with a nice rye finish that does not overpower the pale ale character. Pretty good. Refreshing.

12oz bottle thanks to dmac! Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a finger of foamy white head. Aroma has hints of tropical fruit, lemon and grapefruit zest, urin, and grains. Taste of lemon zest, grainy malts, grass, and urin. Aroma is much better then the taste. Overall meh.

12oz bottle thanks to Ace. Poured a hazed straw gold body under a smaller foamy white head. Aroma is solid, honey topped toast, grassy hops, light citrus. Flavor is less citrus and more flowery with a hint of earth. Medium body, average carbonation and a quicker fading aftertaste.

Draft at the brewery. Clear good, with a white head and drippy lace. Mid hoppy. Floral hops, grass, and some pine notes. Bit of earth, somewhat dry close.
