Slightly hazy copper and light bronze coloured body with a ridiculously large, super soapy pure white head, about eight centimetres tall, perhaps closer to ten! Aroma of pure bread, yeast, grass, hay, light earth and a bit of wheat. Light to Medium-bodied; Slightly sweet flavour of pears and apples noticeable along with a large wheatie and bready kick showing some pungent yeast elements, a big dose of sugars and a more fruity finish than I expected. Aftertaste is fairly mild with a small dose of sweetness and the grassy, yeastie freshness, noticeable all the way around. Overall, a very dry and almost sweet, sugary finish near the tail end. Overall, a good wheat ale, but probably not the best from the brewery. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Hannaford in Portland, Maine on 30-July-2016 for US$9,99/six pack, sampled on 17-June-2017 at home in Washington. Bottle at brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Doesn't leave much lacing. Solid banana and clove on the nose and tongue. On the dryer side of the style. Finished clean. Solid.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a hazy yellow with some ringing white head. Nose of yeast, bubblegum, clove, mild candy. Flavor has lemon-lime soda, same kind of candy, straw, chewed bubblegum. Finishes spritzy.

All of the sediment had dropped out, leaving the beer sparklingly clear golden. White head is dense but small and slowly recedes to cover.
Very minimal esters in the nose, moreso corn-like notes, with soft bubble gum, and a dominant banan-tinged cream of wheat. Possible oxidation, even, which is odd, seeing as how this is unfiltered and canít be THAT old (though thereís no bottling date, so who knows....). No alcohol.
In the mouth, itís rather watery, as expected, with heavily attenuated malts leaving very dry, lightly sour wheat flavor behind and a touch of corn and bubble gum. Mixing the sediment in didnít really do much, adding just a touch of chewiness to the texture. Not sure what to think here; I like that itís dry, but itís exceedingly so and the esters are a bit sluggish and unclean.

Bottle from The Drinkery, Londonderry NH. Aroma is mild fruity esters with some yeast and some bready malt. A little like a Chardonnay. Appearance is clear light greenish yellow with no sparkle and no head/lacing. Taste is lightly sweet with slight fruity taste. Palate is light-bodied with thin texture and lively carbonation--perhaps the thing that stands out the most in the beer, and surprising given the lack of sparkle and head. Finish is dry and mildly bitter. Gold pour, nice white head. Aroma of spice, yeast, banana, pear and bubblegum. Flavor of banana, yeast, barnyard, cloves, with a wheaty finish.
