Ogni sorso invita a quello successivo.

Bevuta in bottiglia.

Tasted in the past in bottle, it was very metallic. Now on tap: clear golden colour, white head, very persistant. Aromatic hoppy flavour, grassy and resiny. Wonderful bitterness, grass, lemon zest. Very nice

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Starts mild, more and more hoppy-dry, bitter background. Light fruity notes of lemon. Finish dry and bitter. Okay.

Draught @ Wildeman, Amsterdam. Crystal clear, pale. Fine white head. Full almost herby flavour, much more bitter end than most German pilsners. Very nice.
