Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is light yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (lemon oil/cleaner, flowers), with light notes of celery and green onion.
Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Simple one with a bit sourness in the nose and bit dull in the taste. Still, quaffy, drinkable and quite ok. Average which means not bad in that case.

One more Dortmunder/Helles that just tastes like any other of this style..the colour is a medium gold with a very airy head and average body. Nose of sweetish malt. November 2012: Draft at Brauerei Rittmayer in Hallendorf as lagerbier.
Filtered gold body under a billowy and soft white head. Bright and hoppy nose, peppery and clean, sweet and thin honey and biscuit-flavored pilsner malt with moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation, good froth. Mild to medium German hop expression seems unmatched for the body and sweetness, and impart a minty greenness and leafiness on top of the already-sweet pale malt. Fine shape. Clean, malty, lightly doughy, very cracker-y. Mild lemon hop aroma. Oily / soapy texture. Crisp finish. (3.5/5)

Even better. Clean, crisp, more expressive aroma (though probably just the state of my nose at the two times). Smooth and crisp, well-lagered. Still quiet. No soapy finish. (3.8/5)

Kinda flabby, apple-y and butter-y. Limp malt mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Slightly stale. Not a good representation. (3.0/5)
Bottle at home in London. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, weak white foam head. Nice bready malt aroma, light dough and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor, some very lightly toasted sugars, white bread, dough, faint hay. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dough yeasty nose.
Grainy aroma ruled by hay and dough underpainted by mild grassy hops.
Thin, watery texture.
Rather short and corny finish escorted by hints of citrusses and herbs.

Kinézetre, a halvány sárga szín, közepes méretű, fehér és nem túl kitartó hab, tipikus lagerre utal. Illata zöld füves, csalános, élesztős és nyers tésztás. Íze olyan, mintha egy adag frissen kaszált szénát kútvízbe áztatnánk, tennénk hozzá maláta levet, egy kis élesztőt és némi zöld komlót. Könnyű teste van és nem túl szénsavas. Utóíze furcsán, zölden keserű. Nekem ez túl gazos, zöld, nem jött be...
