COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
12.8°. 10 EBC.

Bottled. Yellowish orange colour with small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight wooden notes, mild toasted notes as well as some slight herbal notes. Flavour sweet caramel and bready malts along with some wood, herbs and a bit saltwatery notes. Rather interesting Dortmunder/Helles, as I can’t remember having one this much toasted before. Smooth to drink and not all that bad.

Bottle at home in London. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, weak white foam head. Nice bready malt aroma, light dough and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor, some very lightly toasted sugars, white bread, dough, faint hay. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fairly sweet finish, more lightly toasted doughy bread, some hay, white sugar. It’s a very simple lager, but it’s really tasty and I like it.
