Dunkel, hefetrüb mit schöner Krone, wenig Kohlensäure. Malzig hefiger Antrunk, Aprikose und ein Hauch von Honig und Zitrone. Sehr fruchtig süffig.

CloakedDagger (2504) - - FEB 28, 2017
Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy orangey golden with an off-white head. Grainy aroma, sweet and lightly tart, some yeast, subtle caramel. Certainly not your typical Hefe - sweeter in a strange way, yet as if with a drop of lemon juice.

Aroma; coriander, grass, pale malts, caramel n honey notes. Look; pearl white head, very foggy golden body. Taste; coriander, grass, cinnamon, hops, toffee, pale malts - sweet finish. Feel; normal. Overall; sweet. [50cl.swingtop-btl 5.2% BB.19.09.16]

0,5 l swing top bottle. Murky flat orange in the glass with a big foamy head. Chewing gum and some banana on the nose. Taste has more caramell, fruity in the second row, sweet green apple, melon and banana but in a low dosis. Okay. Expected a more complex one.

Trübes bernsteinfarbenes Weizen mit einer geringen aber stabilen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen Früchten, etwas Hefe, Gewürze. Geschmack fruchtig, Karamell, Gewürze, wenig hefig, leicht phenolisch, gut!

Erzengel (8768) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - DEC 31, 2013
Schön orange-braun und sehr trüb. Geruch frisch und leicht bananig. Der Antrunk ist süffig-süßlich, schön vollmundig-rund. Der Hauptteil ist schön bananig-hefig. Etwas schokoladig-ähnlich zum Nachgeschmack hin. Interessant. Auf der Zunge hält sich eine Schoko-Bananen-Hefenote. Keine Herbe spürbar, auch nicht muffig.
--> Sehr interessantes Bier, lecker und Empfehlenswert!

Bottle, 5.2%. Mild bubble gum aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small tight tan head. The flavour is mildly yeasty with a good caramelly and spicy note. Mild carbonation, soft and pleasant. Very good for the style.

Bottled. Aroma is good and classic for heffeweizen - dome fruits, banana and wheat. Appeared amber and cloudy with a big foam. But the taste is dissapointing. Too soar and sweet for me. Although malted enough.
