Draft at the RCBC pub. Surprisingly good. Deep copper, decent degree out carbonation. Interesting flavours. bhensonb (15096) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 1, 2011
Draft at the brewpub on 9/29/11. Pours ruddy amber with a creamy beige head. Aromas of light roast caramel and noble hop. Med body. It’s very clean, and fairly balanced. Caramel with enough hop to cut the malt. Seems more bitter with time. But never very bitter. Braudog (6676) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - NOV 3, 2002
Started with an OK roasty aroma and promising reddish color. Unfortunately, the flavor was bland and mediciney. Very flat. Poor. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - NOV 2, 2002
(Tasting notes from Fall 2000): Sweet, almost maple flavor, with no bitterness. Chocolate aftertaste. Would be hard to drink a bunch, but a little bit is fine.
