Tough to call this one. With two samples, I'm not sure. Without a doubt, this should be served warm. If not, all you have is chunky, crappy caramel. Warm, however, there is a mess of fruit, restrained caramel, over a terribly nice palate. Pretty good. Compare with N'Ice Chouffe (sampled this evening), however, and despair.
