Cask @ The Pony Bar - 1st Ave, New York. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy cinnamon and pumpkin aroma. Fruity malty spicy pumpkin flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy pumpkin finish. Larry_Duffman (527) - - OCT 17, 2015
I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours a hazy orange color with a nice white head and lacing. The aroma is spice, graham cracker, and faint pumpkin. The taste is pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, graham cracker, and booze. The alcohol is noticeable. It packs a punch. It’s a good pumpkin beer. hivemind (914) - New York, New York, USA - OCT 15, 2015
Tap @ e’s Bar 10.15.2015. Ellen’s bday drinks. Light red pour, medium head, hoppy for a pumpkin beer with only subtle spice which isn’t too overdone. Pretty good, enjoyed the hoppy quality, pleasant surprise. Nose was pretty crisp veggie and hoppy, more insistent than usually encountered in this style. 12 oz bottle served in pint glass. Fairly thin white head settles after a few minutes. Leaving fairly heavy lacing. Aroma is mostly malty with some spices. Taste is medium sweet and malty with some light pumpkin and some moderate spicing including cinnamon and some nutmeg. Smooth soft finish. Medium bodiesd beer with soft carbonation. Overall I think this is a good pumpkin beer on the maltier side with moderate spicing. More spices andalts than true squash "pumpkin" but relatively well balanced.

Dark orange body, thin off-white head. Smell is allspice, cinnamon, brown sugar, and woods. Creamy taste similar to nose with ginger and yeast notes surfacing. Packs a wallop. burg326 (5479) - Florida, USA - SEP 23, 2015
Poured a caramel orange color from the bottle with aromas of pumpkin pie and graham crackers. Flavors are dry graham crackers, pumpkin pulp, light spice the pumpkin shines through here. Solid and enjoyable. DBreskin (16) - Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA - APR 16, 2015
I usually don't like pumpkin ales but this one is an exception. It isn't overwhelmingly pumpkin flavor although the pumpkin is present. Clean drinking with natural taste.

Tasted from a 12oz bottle into a nonic pint glass, thanks Trefoyl! It poured a slightly hazy orange amber colour with peristent white foam and lace, leaving substantial pumpkin and spice trub behind in the bottle. Aromas of malt, nutmeg, allspice, some alcohol but not in a bad fusel way. Nice flavours of a solid amber ale base plus pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices again. Medium body and carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Despite was some other reviewers have said, my bottle had very well-concealed alcohol. Obviously an 8.1% abv beer is gonna be more warming than a standard 4-5% abv beer, but it was not unpleasant. I don’t always enjoy spiced pumpkin brews, but this is a very well-crafted and tasty one for sure. Recommended. samsmith33 (772) - - JAN 17, 2015
Not bad, but alcohol is too present and the after taste is harsh; thin feel.
