Tap at Capones. Poured a brownish amber with a medium off white head. Aromas of caramel, rye spiciness, nuts along with floral and citrus hop notes. Draught at Capone’s: Faint aroma of hops, Earth, malt, and slight rye. Poured deep orange/brown in color with a large, creamy, dense, beige head that lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, slight rye, light citrus hops, and slight fruit. Medium body. Slick, slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hop, and rye finish is lightly dry. 9%ABV is completely hidden throughout. Quite drinkable.
