Bottle: The aroma has a lot of cocoa along with some Hershey’s syrup and faint roast. It pours a dark brown with some faint orange highlights along the edges of the glass. It has a small beige head that becomes a minimal film rather quickly. The flavor starts with starts with moderate chocolate. The finish is lightly roasty with some burnt flavors and coffee. Light-medium bodied with soft carbonation...seems a litte thin.
Courtesy of Pailhead. Dark brown, no head. Aroma is dominated by some vegetal character, maybe cabbage. Hints of roast, chocolate. Flavor is a hodge podge of coffee, chocolate and vegetables. not very good at all. Cavie (4717) - Arlington, Texas, USA - NOV 18, 2010
Bottle courtesy of zdk9. Dark rouge color with a ring of tan head. Nose has dark malts, oatmeal notes and some milk chocolate. Flavor is cocoa, dark malts and lightly tart roasted grain. Easy finish. jrob21 (3687) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - SEP 30, 2010
Smooth slight grain like aroma. Flavor a little more complex and full of roasted malt, more so than I was expecting. Smooth oatmeal malt aroma. Flavor of roasted coffee. Nice and smooth but needs a little more complexity here. MadIndian (2743) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 8, 2010
A good looking milk stout. Black creamy pour with thin tan head. Nose of
Oats, chocolate malts and cocoa. Flavor was toasty with hints of fruit and chocolate. A nice blend and a good milk stout.

Bottle. Batch 005. Pours a drak cola colored brown with a slightly tan 1/2 finger head. Light roast coffee and leather aromatics in the nose. Some malty sweetness present in the nose as well. Medium mouthfeel. Sort of like drinking a light roast cold press coffee with a nice sweetness from the lactose. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Not bad but nothing super stellar either. Pours a black color with a caramel colored head. Has an aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Has that sweet milk stout taste with a nice layer of bitters and a velvety chocolate finish. Perhaps some coffee notes as well. Medium to light mouthfeel. Could use it a bit thicker. Very tasty nonetheless. jmm635 (1009) - Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 13, 2010
Pours thin and black with a medium brown head. Aroma is roasted, yet sweet and chocolatey. Taste is also sweet but balanced by a bitter coffee finish. Palate was on the thin side. Good, but not exactly worth seeking out. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - JUN 19, 2010
Bottle. Dark pour with a bit of brown head. Chocolate, milk chocolate, roasted malt aroma. Pretty sweet but, also finishes slightly roasty, nice. cprochak (590) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2010
12 oz bottle pours dark brown, almost black. Good dark cream head. Aroma dominated by chocolate and some vanilla, slightest hints of pine. Solid sweetness with incredibly smooth body. This is incredibly sessionable and light, and if I wanted to drink a stout in the summer, it’d be this.
