4/26/14 - Draft sample at Brewpub. Murky orange with no head. Sweet nose, caramel and brown sugar. Much the same flavor, brown sugar and caramel, mild bitter and little hop flavor. clean, very little aftertaste, bitter and astringent. Not bad. Nate (4279) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 29, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Nice rich malty aroma with cherry wood and neutral fruity esters. Medium dark amber clear with thin haze. Light foamy head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Starts and stays malty sweet with caramel and biscuit. Dry hop bitter character with nutty bitter finish and after. Decent Oktoberfest. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 22, 2013
Tap. Pours a slightly hazy orangish body under a minimal fizzy white head. The nose is pretty nice, rather clean, sweet toasty and Vienna malts, a light noble hoppiness. The flavor is a bit husky and grainy, but still fairly clean in its lagering. The light note of hops on the finish adds a bit of snap to the back end. Medium bodied, a touch clingy, moderate soft fizzy carbonation. Good, not great.
