Tap. Pour a hazy yellow body with a one finger fizzy white head. The nose is spice driven, coriander primarily with some wheat and light yeastiness. The flavor is pretty typical Wit, heavy handed coriander and orange peel with fairly prominent yeastiness. The peach comes out on the finish, very natural tasting, a lot of peach skin flavor. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation, lingering coriander notes. Decent Wit, nice use of the peaches to add some uniqueness without being overly sweet and cloying.
