On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy, golden copper color. Lacy white head. Aroma is funky, Belgian yeast, citrus hops and a slight sweetness. Taste is belgian yeast, bread, slight citrus taste with strong bitter, dry hop finish. Tasty. Palate is medium body, medium carbination. Good beer! Nikiel (879) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 25, 2014
Bottle from brewery with Willi. Pours a slightly hazy gold with off white foam. Smells sweet and fruity of grapefruit, apricot, peach and cranberry. Tastes nicely bitter with mild citrus and hints of earth, grapefruit and funk. ljthiessen (1397) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 20, 2014
Bottle. Hazy yellow-orange pour. Very nice fruity nose; notes of mandarin orange, hops, and Belgian yeast. Flavour is hops, mixed citrus and subtle yeast. This might have been a bit of an older bottle, because the hops were not very pronounced, but the underlying soft fruity flavours were quite nice, and the nose is very enticing. swesson (469) - Highlands Ranch, Colorado, USA - FEB 6, 2014
Poured from bomber. Belgian strong ale style, but not the best of the genre. Almost no head. Very sour taste, but not from the hops alone. Can't quite place it, but the sour is almost a grapefruit sour. Tastes also of citrus and wheat.

Early in the bottle it tastes "off." Middle of the bottle it tastes great. End of the bottle it again tastes "off," and I'm not left wanting more. Hoping to re-experience the middle of the bottle.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. The Belgian yeast dominates this beer. Spicy, yeasty, pine, tangerine notes in the aroma. The malts are soft and let the Belgian yeast and American hops shine. This its a pleasant beer. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 11, 2013
