UPDATED: APR 23, 2014 Bomber bottle poured a clear golden hue w/ small white head. Moderate aroma of spicy yeast and apricot. Light sweet and light bitter finish. Taste is similar to nose. Light bodied, lively carbonation, and a dry finish. Beaver (1807) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 31, 2013
22 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium bubbly, creamy white head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.TizzleJizzle (792) - Garland, Texas, USA - JUN 8, 2013
The aroma is grassy straw, bready malts and a little fruit with some funk.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with floral vanilla notes and some ripe fruit. Weirdly tastes a bit like a nitro cream ale. The mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery.
Overall, as it warms it degrades and get a bit vegetative.
Bottle thanks to Errl. Poured an unfiltered golden-orange with a thin white head. Taste of grain, wheat, spice, and fruity esters. Medium-high carbonation, medium body. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Apparently this beer is thus named because of the owner’s wife demanding that if he started a brewery, he needed to name a beer after her. -__-Brishke (4) - Colorado, USA - JUN 5, 2013 does not count
Tap at River North. Low haze golden pour. Weak foam. Sugary candy aroma with stickier, phenolic Belgian yeast. Taste is more like an Abbey Tripel with booze, sugar, soap and hefty rustic grain cracker content. Eh. Dusty mouthfeel. Not really on track for saison.
Very barnyardy, wet straw and grasses. Dark in color. High in alcohol. Not crisp like Funkwerks.

bottle from Lets Pour, orangish pour, white head. fruity yeastiness, somewhat perfumy, orange notes. medium bodied. Decent saison bhensonb (15358) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 13, 2013
Bomber from LetsPour.com. Pours a dark rather orange gold with a transient white head. Not getting much out of the nose, except some mild spicy citrus. Med body. Flavor is very Belgian yeast/fruity ester. To taste it is to know it’s Belgian. There are some very earthy aspects to it. And it’s also rather citrus. It’s a bit heavy for a saison, perhaps, but I have no idea why it has a low rating. burg326 (5489) - Florida, USA - MAY 2, 2013
Bottle shared at weekly tasting poured a light cloudy orange color with aromas of yeast, spice, light oak, some fruit, and a touch of pepper. Flavors followed suit, a nice sasion overall. RobertDale (6578) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - MAR 24, 2013

pours cloudy orange gold with small off white head. Aroma of lemon, tart wheat, grain, soft fruitiness. Medium bodied and medium carbonation. Flavor is lemony, with light spices and wheat, and a grainy finish. Not bad, but expect a bit more complexity from a saison.
