Bottle at a tasting at Butler's place. Bottle 193 series 2. Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma is malty almost barleywineish. Dark fruits. Not roasty at all. Very sweet. Some roast on the flavor. Some bourbon. Not a lot of oak. Overall a really nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber, bottle #426, release #2, anno 2013 courtesy of and shared with Omgrich.

Bottle. The look is dark, black in color. and has a tan head. The smell is yeast, Belgian, fruits, sugar, and burnt toffee. The taste is yeast, wood, alcohol, Belgian, yeast, and toffee.

Brown pour, brown head. Sadly this one has some soy notes, but I must say I was able to wade past them and taste what is a very nice beer. Smooth and rich with a nice chocolate and roast backbone. Too bad for the soy.

Bottle from brewery with Andrew and Carter. Pours black with tan foam. Smells sweet of chocolate, vanilla and bourbon. Tastes harsh with lots of chocolate and bourbon. Would be great aged.

HMOG 2014. Soy sauce aroma and much the same in the flavor. Very light and barely noticeable barrel ageing.

HMOG 2014. One of the few bottle I recall its owner. Thanks JR! Thick black pour. Leaps and bounds better than the 1st anniversary brew I had. Straight bourbon, roasted malts, some char. medium bodied.

On tap at FreshCraft. Black appearance with a dissipating brown head, minimal lacing. Aroma of whiskey, vanilla, chocolate, sweet malts, oak, toffee/caramel and alcohol. Heavily sweet with minimal bitterness. Medium body with a slick, creamy feel and soft carbonation. Pretty good, but I prefer it unaged.

2012 339/708 black pour with a ring of cream head. Alcohol, roasted malts, wood, vanilla, and leather easy palate, heavy wood, vanilla, roast, whisky, great finish
