473 ml can purchated at Les Marchands de Bières in Sainte-Thérèse (Québec) on January 4, 2018. Hazy gold, thin head. Hoppy aroma of citrus wood, a bit dry. Taste of hoppy herbs and bark, quite sour, ok bitterness. It's ok, if it was a sour IIPA!

on tap at le projet, qc. hazy golden orange pour with a small creamy eggshell white cap offering some retention and lacing. fat cushy maltiness, wild honey as opposed to boring honeyed malts, spicy citrus but not on american territory, relatively low esters, peppery lightly caramelized grapes, perhaps some sultanas, very fuity trappist-like yeast action. bright carbonation, light to medium body; semi-sweet, warming and spicy-citrusy finish. quite nicely crafted hoppy tripel.
