330ml bottle. Very dark brown opaque beer with a fine beige head. Nose is true to style - roasty dark malts, notes of dark chocolate and coffee, a slight burnt character. Palate is smooth and easily drinkable, taste mirrors the nose, a reasonably dry hop bitter finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. MrTipple (7278) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2017

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2017 330mL bottle from Boozebud, $5. Undated.
Appearance: Dark brown/black. Small tan head which immediately faded to a broken cap. 2
Aroma: Toasted malt, supported by chocolate and coffee. Either this bottle from Boozebud is old or the beer's aroma is restrained. 5
Taste: Sweet malt, toasty malt, coffee. Didn't get roast malt. Low bitterness, slight sourness. Brief aftertaste. 7
Palate: Moderate carbonation. Nice creamy texture with small sized bubbles. 4
Overall: Not bad but nothing makes me want to buy it again. 13 CurlyJoe (427) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 22, 2016
UPDATED: JAN 25, 2017 Not much aroma, a little coffee and hops. Big coffee hit and taste though. Quite refreshing for a porter. E_leap (13) - Wollongong, AUSTRALIA - APR 30, 2016
A beer which is all about the after taste, chocolate and coffee ever lasting aromas after every sip, a beautiful dark color, amazing head, sourness that compliments and confirms the coffee aromas, texture is perfect to represent a porter and sets it aside from Stouts, small bubble carbonation that collapses in the palate to create a creamy mouth feel, this is a PORTER !
It should not be compared or mistaken for a dark ale, or a stout !!

Medium brown, has a chocolatey nose that’s a bit one-dimensional. Goes through a sweeter chocolatey taste. Has light toffee..in the dark mild style but way bigger. motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 6, 2015
bottle, picked up at express liquors in downtown newcastle. nearly black with a light purple tinge to it; creamy texture; some stewed plums in the aroma; forest fruit jam, cocoa powder; modest bitterness; steady and pretty drinkable Jado (805) - Camp Hill, AUSTRALIA - AUG 12, 2015
From 330 ml bottle. Pours a solid dark brown/black with a sudsy tan head that subsides to a cap. Aromas of milk chocolate, raisins, prunes and coffee. Taste shows dark fruit at the front before a coffee bean and dark chocolate bitterness leading into a smoky note at the end. Smooth finish with a chocolatey aftertaste. Good stuff. From a 330ml bottle on 17/7/2015. Pours not far off black with a small to medium tan head. Has quite a strong chocolate aroma. Sweet chocolate dominates the flavour too, but there’s also a good dash of coffee, and some vanilla, against a light roasty background. It displays a decent bitter kick, which sets off the sweetness nicely. Medium to full body with average carbonation. This is a very tasty, well made porter. Tried two from this brewer so far and they’re both winners. TedE (1564) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 18, 2015
330ml bottle into glass. Roasted smoky nose. Totally opaque darkness. Tan head. Strong coffee & chocolate taste. Aftertaste is intense dark chocolate. Serious and well-made.
