COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In separate lands, and separate cellars, these two breweries sent millions of tiny funkronauts to party into each others cellars, creating vibrant flavors brought from another world. Minerality, tartness, sweetness, and acidity all dance playfully with the malt, hops and fruit of host beers, aging splendidly. Funk Vessel blends worlds and blurs lines, sharing the intergalactic funk of a microscopic dance party. One Galaxy; Funk Vessel

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2016 Murky orange pour, smaller head. Sour aroma, yeasty, tart, white fruit. Lactic sourness, white grape, oak, yeast taste. Medium body. This one stood out during the tasting even as I was experiencing sour fatigue.

Bottle @ home. Thanks, Jake. Amber pour with a small withe head. Acetic aroma and a bunch of peaches. Some berry, apple, lemon juice, and a touch of vanilla. Tastes like sour peach pie filling. Red wine vinegar, stone fruit, and a bit of vanilla. Slight caramel and fruity sweetness. Vinegar character is a little assertive for my liking.

Bottle @ tasting. Pours a hazy amber beer with a small off white head on top. Aroma is harsh, funky, fruity peachy. Flavor is stringent, vinegar, sour. There is a fruity aftertaste in there but the vinegar notes are overwhelming. Quite okay, but a bit unbalanced.

Bottle... Pours clear and dark amber with a small, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is fruity, vinous and lightly funky - stone fruits, damp oak and white wine. Full-bodied with tickling carbonation. The flavor is sour and acidic; fruity and lightly acetic. Finishes tart, fruity, mildly acetic and tongue-numbing. A smidge too much vinegar, but really good nonetheless. Bottle courtesy of growler!

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Slightly hazy amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of brett, tart fruit and oak. Medium body with flavors of funky brett, vinous oak and berries. The finish is moderately tart with an oaky and fruity aftertaste. Above average overall.
