Just an honest blonde ale with nothing too special which makes it so special. Easy to drink alone but not overly done so it goes well with food as well. Slight peppery taste on the tongue while drinking and a slightly fruity aftertaste. This will be my new summertime go-to ale. Tmoney99 (14978) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 22, 2012
Draft. Poured hazy orange yellow color with a medium fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet citrus and herbs aroma. Medium body with a tingly smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met with an above average beer for style.

Draft to pilsner at Dilly Deli. Looks good; a hazy gold with nice carbonation and lacing. Smells pretty good; like a sweet and spicy Belgian. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Pretty good! steelhead3686 (270) - Jacksonville, North Carolina, USA - JUL 1, 2012
Tasted this during Brew Week in Athens Ohio 2012. Pours a cloudy yellow, almost like lemonade. Hints of citrus, spruce, and spice. Light sweetness and light bitter. Light body with a refreshing zest and clean finish. A descent Belgian that I will look for if I’m ever in Cincy. JaBier (8253) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Bottle purchased at Kroger on Polaris Parkway. Clear gold pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is a bit funky with sweet malt and some citrus. Malty flavor with banana and orange character before a crisp finish.

12oz bottle. Unfiltered orange-yellow, thin white head. While not completely lacking carbonation, this is still relatively flat. Big wheat flavors coupled with a fruity belgian yeast. The lack of carbonation really brings down what would be quite an enjoyable beer. Sweet golden malt, pleasant medium body. Tasty, but there seems to be issues on the bottling line. drfabulous (8590) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Draught at Alltech fest. Light. Yellow body. Some yeast in flavor and taste. For the "belgian" take, light overall. DialSquare (5131) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 2, 2014
12oz bottle from Pace High Carryout. Murky yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma is light belgian yeast and banana. Tastes are wheat, banana, clove spices, yeasty, orange. Straightforward, completely respectable. DrSilverworm (9672) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 27, 2012
UPDATED: JUL 13, 2012 20oz imperial pint at the Dilly Deli (met my mother for lunch). Mostly hazy yellow color, nice creamy thin white head. Some bubbles on the side of the glass. Good amount of lace. Nice light fine crisp carbonation, more dry texture, very enjoyable texture. Lemon, belgian yeast, light spices, some banana. A didn’t know what style this was going in, but in my notes I wrote "like a hefe / saison". Sort of a tart, light zesty sweet taste, light spice. Enjoyable. Light and easy to drink, good to enjoy with my burger and fries at the Dilly Deli. Substantially better than Rivertown’s standard wit ale. 7 / 4 / 6 / 4 / 13 Patrickctenchi (6732) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - JAN 21, 2014
Re-rate, 7/13/12: 12oz bottle. Hazy apricot color. Good thin white head. Dry texture, little loose lace. Good aroma, coriander, clove, banana, citrus peel. Zesty sweet taste. Carbonation is a little strong, but has a nice soft texture. Was much smoother on tap, but still worthy of being a regular offering from Rivertown
pours cloudy, orange-gold with floaties and a whipped, off-white head.
Sweet orange malt (Actually does give the idea of Juicy Fruit Gum....)
Sweet, tingly, orange malt, wheat taste.
