Unlike conventional ales and lagers, which are fermented by carefully cultivated strains of brewers yeasts, our award winning lambic beer is instead produced by exposing it to the wild yeasts and bacterias that are native to the Senne Valley, of Brussels, Belgium. It is this unusual process involving over a year of fermentation which gives this beer its distinctive flavor: DRY, VINOUS, and CIDERY, with a crisp sour aftertaste.

Bottle at End of History tasting. You know its far along in a tasting when i look at notes in phone and my review has a lot of cursing and spelling mistakes but I was able to translate and edit for television. orange pour and nose of brett and citrus. tastes amazing of the unblended thing i cant put my finger on. you get florals, apricot, lime, and yeast. tart and refreshing. this is a great effort.

Poured from a bottle. Holy gusher!!!!! After 1 minute of it spewing all over the place. Murky to the point that it looks like ice coffee, with a small head. Very nice aroma consisting of chocolate, fruit and wine. Medium body with a strange sour fruit flavor and a mild cardboard finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Earthy aroma, with traces of wine, malt and fruit. Turbid cafe au lait colour with a fair amount of sediment. Mild taste, slightly tart, with undertones of Chardonnay, and tart apples. Creamy feel with a tart finish.

Bottle... Pours hazy and golden with no head. The bouquet offers a nice level of acidity, fruitiness and funk - lemon peel, leather and cherry SweeTart with a whisper of vanilla. Medium-bodied and watery with trace carbonation. The flavor and finish are watery and thin with a light tanginess. Enjoyable and refreshing, although unspectacular. Bottle shared by biggsbowler!

Rating #2500: bottle (2013) from Savor Growl. Gold pour with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of funky brett, cider, dusty. Tastes are on the sweet side with lemon, green apple, zesty, little oak, grape, slight vinegar. Light to moderate sourness. Texture is slick thin to medium with just a tingle of carbonation late. Little dry in the finish.
