Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy and citrus and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy earthy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew that exceeded my expectations. Drake (14078) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 29, 2014
12 ounce bottle from Kroger Athens, OH. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of earthy, pine, resin hops, mild citrus and caramel malt. The taste is bitter citrus, resin hops, pale malt, crackery notes. Medium bodied, fairly strong lingering bitterness. Decent. Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 28, 2014

16 oz. can. Pours a bright, light golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have a nice hop character; mild citrus, herbal, grassy, and earthy, with toasted pale and bready malts. The flavor shows a bit more malt and slightly less of the hop character than the nose. Light bodied with a good mouthfeel for a session IPA. This is one of their best non sour/lambic beers. phaleslu (10673) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 21, 2013
Draft sample at Listermann Oktoberfest. Pours a bright, pale golden color with a small but lasting white head. Such a clean hop character in this: grassy, herbal, floral, and citrusy, with notes of pale and bready malts, straw, and lemon. Man, this is clean. Light-bodied, with soft carbonation and a mouthfeel that is right on the money for a session IPA. Easy drinking and absolutely delightful. My favorite non-sour beer from Rivertown. Pint on tap at the brewery. Clear amber orange color. Thin off-white head. Good splotches and ropes of lace. Medium body. Smooth, crisper lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Good biscuity malt. Some citrus, light pine, lightly herbal hop. Good, good moderate bitter taste. Impressive session IPA, well-done. One of the better, more well-integrated Rivertown beers I’ve ever had. b3shine (9154) - Indiana, USA - JUL 5, 2013
Draft to pint at Rivertown. Looks good; a transparent orange with off-white head that dissipates into lacing. Smells solid too; citrus hops with a sweet but not overly malty backbone. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. Probably the best session IPA I’ve had to date; it drinks like a good full-abv IPA. drfabulous (8591) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - AUG 30, 2014
Draught at Fest of Ales. Really nice bright hoppy nose. Light malt body. Very sessionable and easy drinking.
